Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
UNITED AVIATION SERVICES S.L. is the DATA CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data
and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27
(GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The operations planned to process the data are:
• Sending commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other
electronic or physical means, present or future, that allow commercial communications. These communications
will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its
collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never

• Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
• Processing orders, requests, responding to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any
of the contact methods provided on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website. Sending online newsletters about news,
offers, and promotions in our activity.
What is the legal basis for processing your personal data?
Processing is justified under Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
• With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
• By legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, processing orders,
requests, etc.,at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose ofprocessing or to comply with legal obligations.
When no longer needed, data will be deleted using adequate security measures to ensure anonymization or total destruction.
To whom will we provide your personal data?
Personal data will not be communicated to third parties except when necessary for the development and execution of
the processing purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed
confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by applicable privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER has the right to:
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Access, rectify, port, and delete personal data, and request limitation or objection to its processing.
• Submit a complaint to the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if they believe that the processing
does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
By tickingthe corresponding checkboxes and entering data in fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or
in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally consent that their data is necessary for the service provider
to process their request, while providing data in other fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for
communicating any changes.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory
to provide optimal service to the USER. If not all data is provided, the information and services delivered may not fully
meet the USER’s needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the DATA CONTROLLER complies with all GDPR
and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly follows the principles
described in Article 5 of the GDPR, ensuring that data is processed law fully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data
subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply
the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS,
and has communicated the necessary information so they can exercise their rights.
