All general aviation, business, airtaxies and training flights
must accomplish the following procedures:
1) The operator will request authorization to the coordination
centre at each airport 3 hours prior the estimated
time of arrival (ETA) and/or the estimated time of departure
(ETD), including the following information:
- date of flight
- identification of flight
- type of aircraft
- airport and time of departure
- airport and time of arrival.
2) The coordination centre will accept or reject the schedule
of operation, depending on the level of congestion
at the airport. During peak traffic hours the coordination
centre will provide alternate schedules.
3) The sequential training flights will be coordinated with
the coordination centre at each airport.
k) The request of an airport slot shall be prior to the filling of
the flight plan, which must include the EOBT based on
the above mentioned authorized airport slot.
Since 2010 our frequency has been changed to the actual at 131.550 VHF. Pls contact us 15 min before landing.
